Blades or blunt for strictly pve lvling?

U mean axe/sword or Hammer. Midgard had no blades and blunt.

Maybe Hammer, behause lower endu cost if u use hammerskills. With l.axe skill no matter if used a Hammer or axe.

Probably Axe.
You want 6 in axe at level 6 (for the anytime style),
and 8 in axe at level 8 (for the followup off parry style from 4 in axe).
The rest is just LA, to increase your mainhand damage (you are penalized if you have too low LA).

At level 20 you can consider re-specing out of axe, and into hammer for the 15 in hammer anytime style.
