I do not doubt the existence as the item can be seen in the archive but that does not show it did drop from glimmer deathwatcher. Mindkayak logs show it did not drop for at least the timeframe (unknown) these logs were made. Would be nice to know when the Prima guide was published - at which version. It's done when it's done. The Prima Guide has a copyright (c) 2002. It does not mention a patch level anywhere, but given the year and the fact that in does not include Shrouded Isles zone, it should be from pre-SI times.
