What is the minimum metalworking skill you need to salvage 100% value from sapp/diamond asterite weapons?

I was under the impression it was 800 since it is a tier 8 material, but ive since leveled to 900 mw and am still not getting full values for salvage.

Why is this? Do i need to be LGM to salvage asterite on this server for some reason?

Granted I have only tested on diamond items (16.2 dps). Is salvage based on item level here instead of salvage material?

Edit, sapphire weapons do provide full salvage value so it appears to be ilevel based...

No level restriction existed, my level 32 assassin was lgm tailor with 800 metalworking backbone the days and could salvage anything to the max for the guildies
