ForumRenderer creation failed

I just installed the game and all the expansions and the loader on my friends computer, and whenever i attempt to enter the server, i get the message "renderer creation failed"

looks like lack of graphic acceleration

That's most definitely a problem with your local computer's graphics. Try to get hold on the latest graphics driver and DirectX version.

could be, but it seems like a problem ive run into before, if i rememebr corectly and was able to solve it by other means, i just cant remember how, i could be wrong though.

Check if DX is at version 9.0c,that often was the matter for me when i forgot to install the newest version to
 .

you already tried to update your graphics driver ?

I updated direct x, as suggested and it didnt work, at the moment, thats as far as i got.

Try to update graphic driver. I had this problem when I didnt have enough free RAM, try to close some programs or rebooting your pc or use a clean ram utility

K, Well, im on a friend's computer and as im sure you can probably tell, i have no idea how to update his Drivers, or where to get the nessecary software nor indeed what his Graphic accelleration is, nor even how to find out, because he doesnt know.
anyone tell me how? |

Right click on computer resource, then go on property, go on Hardware and peripheral management Here you should have all hardware in your pc. Look at graphic card (example ATI radeon 9200) and search on google the drivers (ex. ati radeon 9200 driver download) |
