Is it disabled for this last part of the beta? I thought it was implemented already, where you could change the weapon of the commander (or even the race of the spiritmaster pet). Unless I got some bad info and it was never implemented.

you have to recast it

I think those commands came later, along with the Taunt command. To get those back it'd have to be a taboo custom change which probably won't happen for years.
The BD pets feel very lackluster - rarely use any styles, pathetic damage, the enemy can essentially ignore them. |

The tip I've got from a more experienced BD player than me, he tested BD a lot in this beta, was to recast my commander until I get a 2Handed one

Guess I was mis-remembering it then. Thanks.

My main was a BD back in the day. I had MCL purely because every time i'd go through a bar of power recasting my pets until i got the 2H hammer pet. That was always and the only one I went for in RvR because he had a rear positional style for those casters who would try and run away from my pet.
I recal jumping off the boat in albland and my small man teams would bet on how many casts it would take Theshepard to get his 2H hammer pet. Fun times. - Shep |

Any memory on how often that pet would use its 2 hand style? Feels like I'm seeing a style once every dozen fights

iirc it wasn't too often, however it was the only rear positional style weapon so it was better than none. I think the 2H sword has a side positional style but good luck getting that one off in rvr.
I was going to roll alb, but highly considering going back to my bd. |
