Hi,

When I self buff my lvl 4 seer, I can only see a +5 in STR or CON although the buff is supposed to be +11 or +13.

The AF buff is also a bit weird since, first, it doesnt appear in green to notify that there is a buff, and secondly because the effective buff is of +8 instead of +11 as expected (something like that, i dont remember the exact numbers).

Is it a bug or there is something i dont understand about how buffs work ?

I think the buffs strength are dependant on what level the receiver of the buff is?
Try buffing a higher level character with the same buffs and see how much + they gain.

Would be surprising since the +5 STR gain was the same with the lvl 1 buff (+11 STR) and the lvl 4 buf (+13 STR), but I'll try it.

you have a cap for basebuff and spec buff for each lvl, you can recieve as benefit.
can't find the exact calculation atm, but
for lvl 50 it is 62,
for lvl 20 it is 25,
and for 5 it is 6.
this was just for basebuffs. the specbuff stat cap is the basebuff cap +50%. so 93 for 50, 37 for 20, 9 for 5 and so on.

so on some Level the lower buff allready caped the max stat and the higher one would be totaly useless, it will only cost more stats
