How strong is Dualist Reflexes on SB/Zerk?

How strong is Dualist Reflexes on SB/Zerk?

% increases in damage seem strong.
Specifically I am looking to roll a Shadowblade SZ spec with only 21 in PA. Am wondering how strong this type of character can become with the right RA setup.

We did a very small test yesterday, first hitting doll with 0 DR, then respeccing to DR4, and i got between 8-12% better damage over the tests.. So it seems okay. DR4 should be 12% so i think it is working as intented :)
