HELP : déconnexion au bout de 5 min environ !!!

Kan je suis en train de jouer (sur Hibernia),il me déconnecte au bout de 5 minutes environ pour me dire ke mon client a cessé de recevoir des données du serveur et ke j'ai été déconnecté !!!! Ensuite je dois appuyer sur échap pour quitter !!!!Aidez moi svp !!!
