Before creating a bug issue with the issue tracker i wanted to get your opinions on something.
i realized when grouped yesterday that our instant Mez has the same spell effect than Healer mez.
if i remember correctly from my old live time , the skald mez "ZZzzzzZZZzzz" were yellows and not white like the healer ones.

Can anyone confirm ?

i've played up until ToA so i'm unsure if it was before or after 1.65

You should look for old skald videos on youtube and if you're right post them to the issue tracker.

after a few research it seems that the mez get yellow at higher levels !
