This is nice for PUGs. Yellow spreadheal will be useful and the 100% rez will give you extra rps from rezzing at amg and other wiped groups. If you have RR5 ability up you will get good rps even when your group dies.

33mend 38pac 19aug
This is the best pac spec imo. You got yellow root, insta aoe stun and all the utility tools you need from pac. You got good heals, green celerity and better base buffs.
