Why don't you give some facts and context instead of writing a passive aggressive post about something. Also why not tell us who you are instead of hiding behind a forum name.

On another note, you can also contact me (Lukeyswrench) if you would like an invite.

Thanks.

Asking People to donate to the guild they are in is not cool? What's 100g? Okay... Why be part of a Guild if you aren't willing to put the effort into helping make it better in all aspects, then why be in a Guild? It's not for take, take, take, and not give. Being part of a Guild, is Being part of it. The Donations go to The Guild house, and crafters. Anyhow, anyone decent enough to understand this will join. Regardless of what you say. Lastly, I don't think anyone asked for a specific amount of gold to be given. The donation was open ended, so anyone can donate what they can, and are willing to. Thanks for your opinion.

Your guild is your brand. You need things that promote it like emblems for the cloaks. You need a guild house for a second bind and a place to sell items to support the crafters.

Starting up on a fresh server is always harder. I know that a lot of people are in grey armor for many levels at times or have chosen less solo/starting friendly characters.

If members go into things with a "me first" mentality all the time, don't expect your team to do as well as others that put the success of the group before their own interests.

We have members working on crafting and I plan on giving to them whatever I can so we can have on demand crafting available I can get things made at cost later.

All that said, I donated 220g by lvl 30 to the guild bank. Those guild coffers don't fill themselves! Anywho, if you can't survive the leveling experience without every piece of gold, no one will force you to donate and no one has, but it is encouraged. We have plenty of very experienced members who can carry this load.

On a more positive note, leveling has been great and any conflicts we've had with fighting over camps or minor interpersonal flare ups have been handled extremely well within the growing Critical alliance. No complaint is ignored or has, in my experience, gone unresolved. We look forward to a more "for the realm" approach and large battles where everyone can participate instead of players losing interest sitting around waiting for a perfect 8v8 comp to materialize. This should lead to a more active and fun experience for all.

To our current members, we hope you feel a sense of accomplishment and being part of something by contributing to making the necessary purchases for the guild and that you wear your emblem with pride. I certainly do.

Happy travels in the realms guys.

Beautifully stated, and couldn't agree more. Hard to take anything you say seriously with a name like "Reypkit" though.

happy to confirm that with the exception of a few inevitable few bad eggs, all issues have been hastily resolved and we continue to lead a great big alliance with one of the top contributing guilds being Release
