What level can I start salvaging the low stuff that I am making, is there a character level requirement? Also if someone could point me to a tailoring leveling guild I would appreciate it.

salvaging requires certain lvl in your secondaries skills (metalworking, woodworking, leatherworking & clothworking). Raise them to the same lvl than your main skill each time you visit your tradeskill master.

How do you "raise them to the same lvl than your main skill each time you visit your tradeskill master?"

I'm an armorcrafter. I have to go to my tradeskill master every 100 skill levels. I'm only at 201 AC. So I had to visit my tradeskill master at 99 (to allow me to hit 100) & then again at 199 (to allow me to hit 200). I right-click him & he gives me my new title & allows me to proceed in skilling up.

Is there something else I need to do to get my secondaries up to the level of my primary? At the moment, my primary (AC) is at 201 but 2 of my secondaries are starting to lag behind- Clothworking & Leatherworking are only at like ~145 (Metalworking is ok @193)?

to raise clothworking you must craft dolls, puppets, scarfs and bedroll pillows.
for leatherworking bridles, riding crops, scabbards and saddlebags.

try to raise to equal lvl than your main skill after visiting your master (every 100 in main skill)

if you make armor/weapons , just sell the completed item to NPC. Salvaging them for more actually gives less. (atleast in Tailoring).

my 2c.
