Since I'm still sitting in the queue can you fill in the missing costs for me , please?

Lot= 300g
Sm house= 1p
Porch= 500g?
Porch merchant=?

Incorrect. You have to pay rent within 1 week of buying the lot, NOT the house. But ofc you need a house in order to pay rent, so don't buy the lot and not be able to purchase the house for more tha 7d
