Hello,

I will play together with a friend, and there my Class in mainly a Healer.
For the times I go solo and random Grps I am looking for another class to go 50. I am not sure what class I have to pick...
Shaman or Runi make a lot of fun for me. But I want to play only one of them.
There are so many Shamans, that I think there will be later a little to much for the Grps?
But how it is with Runi? There are many less, but will they get good Grp invites later?

For lvlin/xp both are needed and usefull I think. Bubbleruni always very nice, and Shaman endu, Specbuffs and Heal.
But in the end, what are the better pick?

My friend is playing a SM, is there a Runi or a Shaman good for little Duo RvR Action?

If someone have any idea let me know. I played DAoC (only Midgard) on live till early toa. Its a long time ago. I cant remember everything :)

Thanks a lot for any help.

I would go shaman he will be a great class for you to play. Especially with a friend you will help him get into groups also they are great with a buddy to play with no matter what he picks. You can also solo if you want now for a build I will suggest that you go 46 aug 27 cav and 8 mend. Best of luck to you.

Stryke, currently recruiting 8 man rvr teams. 30+ requirements to join.

Shaman is more versatile and more wanted for RVR, since you'll always need spec buffs. RM is fantastic for leveling (everyone loves bubbles!) and has some pretty good RvR specs. The main difference is that shamans can heal, and that makes them useful for smallman groups. I used to do a trio, Shaman warrior and skald. With that group, you can effectively do 3v3 fights and 3v4 if you're smart enough.
