I am curious about the precise role of Theurgists in the Dragon raid (DR).

I assume the role of the Theurgist in DR is to:

(1) Buff Haste
(2) Buff DMG
(3) keep PBT
(4) send pets on the dragon to lower defense?

please correct if something is missing/wrong

My main question concerns (4)
Is it important to send earthpets? And if yes - does it matter if it is Earthlord (lvl48) pet?
In other words, can only 48 earth Theurgist or also, say 41 Ice 35 Earth Theurgist be at its most useful in the Dragon raid?

2 3 reavers do more than half of the dmg in a dragon raid as long as you have enough pets on the dragon. Then comes the dot spamming cabas and mercs. Your dmg is not important at all. So using 60 sec earth pets are always better (level 32+) than using 25 sec ice pets no matter what spec you are.
