Tried playing a Berserker and gave up cause I couldnt find a group. I really wanted to play that guy but if you cant group theres no point trying to solo with garbage gear. So then tried a Shaman and spent an hour spamming /b that i was LFG before rage logging to eat. I dont understand why i cant get groups. I mean I wait in the queue for 2 hours just to sit around and wait more? How the hell did all these people get to 40+ so fast. I guess I just missed the party and everyone has out leveled the lowbie zones. If I try a Healer will that work? I will probably hate the class but at least getting some exp is better than playing something I like and staying in town 24/7 and getting no exp.

I don't group much either as a Thane. I mostly do tasks, when doing tasks kill a few mobs before returning if you can. Also, most of my groups have been me just running into some and they invite me on the spot. Very few of my groups have been productive at this level. Waiting for others, getting wiped, or not being able to kill things quickly set me back worse than just solo/tasks.

do kill tasks while looking for a group until you hit level 20. Once you hit level 20, nobody can do kill tasks anymore so more grouping happens.

Join a real guild (with an alliance) - Use the LFG system.
Those are, imo, the two most important steps. ![]() Just about done..

I rolled a few alts yesterday, I had no problem with finding people atleast 5-6 around lvl 6 in /lfg. I suggest you also use your starter guild. You are definitely not too late to the party.

Berserker is just fine, mid groups always looking for more melee dps classes atm.

When you log on, simply do a /who 1 5 , or /who 23 27.
Actively look for people, send tells, When I log in to group either on my shaman or warrior, i can form a group in under 20 min and be killing within 30. Be active when lfg. If your still struggling that bad you can PM me here and i'll get you some money to get some starter gear and weapons. |

This response alone should be stickied IMO ![]() Only other addition similar to #6: 7. /who 8 10 <class> (e.g., /who 8 10 serker) Results show players of that class and between that level range Level 50 Troll of Uthgard

Yes, it has been two weeks, it is obviously pointless to start playing here, everyone has so much advantage

create your own group. this is the easiest way to solve this problem.

Whst level are you? Berserker is one of the most in-demand classes right now.
Reiker 50 Berserker <Stryke>

You might want to consider Alb - I rerolled there yesterday and would say they are on average a good 2 weeks behind.

Tanks gets groups instant on mid. I got a 50 savage now but also some alts. I made my own groups. those groups where good. and those same ppl became friends and always wanted to join those groups. DaoC isnt a holdhand game you need to build community.

Shaman is a very bad idea if you want to find groups. There's a ****** of shamans online and way more than are needed. That's why you have a bad time finding groups. Melee characters on the other hand have it very easy as there's a big demand for them, im not sure why you didn't find any groups with that.
