just wanted to throw my 2c in here. the great thing about starting tailoring around level 15-16 is that the cumulative cost of raising your tailoring to 400 is like 35 gold, which you will easily have before level 20 if you're doing your kill tasks. you can work crafting tasks in there as well for extra gold if you want to be the most money efficient, but i didn't do it and was easily able to finance my tailoring through trinketing drops i got during the leveling process. just keep your secondary skills (metalworking, clothworking, etc.) at equal level to your main tradeskill, and hunt at camps that drop armor or weapons.
happy hunting! |

My question is how would I transfer gold / items from my main to my alt without getting a friend to log on?
|
|
Resort to guildies in that case :/
No singular way to xfer items from char to alt |

But it's not, actually. Midgard is not the most populated realm by far. In fact, the most populated realm is Albion. Don't believe me? Do a /who during primetime. Don't do /who all, use the /who command because the /who command takes into account the people who are /anon. Tonight during quite a few times of me doing /who I came back with around 690 - 750 people online with anywhere from 1600 - 1700 people which varied. During the times I did a /who, Albion had anywhere from 35 - 39% of the server pop, give or take some decimal points. So when you're complaining that Mids actually have the largest portion of the population, the truth is they don't. Granted, this doesn't take into account the numbers Hibernia has but I can promise you they're not far from what Midgard has. What would be even more interesting is if I could somehow get the numbers for the population of all three realms taken at various times so we could get a good idea of who has what. Mid > Alb in EU primetime. Alb > Mid in US primetime. |

Albion is definitely not the most populated realm, it all depends on the time of day. EU players people seem to favor Midgard so during EU prime time there's a ton of mids. Late at night Albion population balances out and often Alb is the most populated. Overall things are pretty balanced population wise if Hib could get some more players that would help. From all reports through the irc, this is true. Mid has an advantage EU, alb has a decent avantage US. which sucks because mids EU does work, all due respect to the outnumbered alb EU who do a good bit, im usually there. THe alb US crowd currently gets to work like once a week on fridays or saturdays it seems has very casual leadership. |
