Hi,
what spec is better?
35r + 40n - 75% group insta heal and yellow intel buff

or

33r + 42m - 50% group insta heal and red intel buff

42 nurture 33 regrowth.
44 nurture 31 regrowth.

These are my go-to specs for Druid. The recast time on instant group heal is so long it's really not worth investing your spec points to get them. Sure it helps, but you won't be able to rely on it 99% of the time.

44 nurture gives you red s/c and 42 gives red intel. IMO you should decide what is more valuable to your group out of those 2 options and pick. Melee heavy or caster reliant?

- I will play regulary with friend, who want to spec 35r40n.
- We want to have tank group with one eldrich.
- 31r+44n looks nice but then I will have worse major heal and great heal (compare to spec 35r40n).

Is on Uthgard 2.0 intel. buff charge?

Yes there are several items with acuity-charge (75 value) They are better than druid red intbuff, too.
Drops or crafted by leg. alchmist ... all have 75 value

1 druid with at least 42 nurture and another with 36 nature, 26 nurture, 30 regrowth. Best druid combo

Solo? You have no clue
Insta cc is so much win on uthgard and you spec buff your casters with blue con/str.

I would suggest to include at least 7 nature into evry spec, since it makes killing your pet a lot harder.

The lvl 1 pet is oneshot by evry cleric or healer in melee. Taking the lvl 12 pet. E.g. makes it necessary for those Pets to get peeled activeley.

This, but also depends on if you are building a group and what you want from your Druid. To be the best LOOKED FOR Druid those two specs are best. More toward 44N 31 Regrowth.

And level 19 d/q right? Aye casters will love you for that. AE root sucks, insta or not. You will serve free rp to any decent team if you use it. Sure it may work right now since there are ppl RvR in epic armor but that will change soon. 36 Nature only works in pure caster groups if your casters are willing to use acuity charges every run or as a third druid in the group. With that spec you shouldn't buff anyone at all so even 40 reg/36 nat makes more sense.

Out of curiosity, how would 40 Regrowth 34 Nurture work in 1.65? (8v8 - 2 druids and 2nd druid has higher nurture).

- +8 instead of +16 cold/matter, 49 instead of 61 d/q, 2% less haste.
+ 2nd spreadheal, 75% single and group insta, 100% rez

I'd see this toon use +nurture on e.g. separate shield.

Also, would this be ok when no 2nd druid is available? And in PvE?

Probably fine

although I don't think the heals drastically different and might be better to have non nurture druid be nature/regrow instead of as you suggested.

With your suggested spec, you're essentially a gimp version of buff druid with little else to offer in the way of your nurture spec (where might those points be better spent)

Running a third druid isn't necessary unless you run full tank train group and still that would gimp the group tbh. I would only run 1 natty druid in a Caster group with 1 hero. Casters are fine with the blue con/str and run d/q charge on nature druid.
