Ah, someone with an eye for art!
I'd say this piece of work depicts Uthgard rvr as a whole. Midgard is doing it's thing to Albion, Hibernia hasn't had some action in a while but is still unsure if it wants to participate in this mess, all while Prime avoids the buttcycle preparing to blow nukes on everyone.
