Where should i put my stats points in Character creation if will go shaman?

Some will say 15 dex 10 pie.

Personally I always like to get 3 x 10 stats so would go with 10 con / 10 dex / 10 pie.

At the end of the day it will not make a massive difference as long as you get some dex/pie in there.

you're going to hit 20 buff cap before you run out of conc anyway

red s/c you will buff just fine with this. red d/q is wrong spec.
