my friend has a problem. He's ranger and cant see his bow, only arrow, he's VW and cant see his schyte and his hat. What's wrong?

You should give more information:
He doesn't see his equip in his bag, in his slots or he sees them in the inventory but can't see his character wielding them?

Yep, he has 1.89. Now he doesnt see his armor. How can he make it 1.87? Don't say he has to reinstall, his computer sucks^^

To get the European version, he will have to open his update.dat and delete it's content. As far as i know, all files except update.dat and camelot.exe have to be deleted, as you can not downdate.

To get Labyrinth of the Minotaur, fill the update.dat with this content:

To get ToA, fill it with this content:

You can upgrade (or downgrade) from official servers. American server have the last version (1.89) the european are couple patch later (1.87 now I guess) so you have to upgrade to european server
To update from european servers you have to open the update.dat file and change the addresses with what Nayru gave you. You have to take in for the client versione you use or want to use (I suggest ToA for slower pc, catacombs for normal pc and Labyrinth for faster pc)

You have to run camelot.exe once to let it patch.
