Skald, easy choice. That is if you don't want to consider minstrel.

In 1v1 they may be closer, and sorc may actually fall to 3rd in some of those 1v1. But solo isn't 1v1. You'll be fighting duos and trios and running from FG. Without AoE CC the chanter is doomed.

You forgot to mention that theurgist also has snare and major interrupts. For me, that edges them to top spot. I've had my say anyway so carry on nice post though.

I'd send my vote for Minstrel if you can play them well.

Other than that, Sorc seems to be a no brainer. With a Theurg you have to stand around and cast your pets whereas at least on a Sorc you can kite them a bit and harass with a pet on the move.
