RA bashing? Ever head of PR, Ichor, FotG, TF, GroupPurge?

That setup is really hard to play, no way to simply add a third Healer or stick in and train them. Respect.

weren't you guys playing alb on genesis running almost the same setup? were you not using RAS?

In my opinion class abilites and RA's balance each other quite well on 1.65.

In Midgard, group settings are damn easy, basic 8x8 strategies (instant + stick) are damn easy. PvE == RvR setups, so damn easy.
Ichor is nice to have, while PR (especially with 3 healers groups running around on a daily basis) is strong (8x8+3). It can be depressing to kill the Savage 4 times.
Advanced RvR tactics are not as efficient as on other realms (Yes, there is another way to play shaman than to run in and stick after the first rupt ).

On the other side, Alb group setups are damn difficult, no real choice or variance. PvE setup != RvR Setup.
Simple RvR strategies are not existent (either hybrid or Caster group, both are not easy to play).
On the other side BoF and SoS are strong, BoF at least vs most Mid-setups (nonsense vs most Hib caster groups).

In my opinion Hib is in the most difficult situation.
While the group setups might be easier than for Albs, most Hib classes would gain utility in the following patches.
PvE setup != RvR Setup.
Simple RvR strategies are not existent (either hybrid or Caster group, both are not easy to play).
Group Purge sounds OP, but only makes sense in full CC situations, which are rare. TF is a gimmick, but not really strong in 8x8 fights.

So my conclusion:
Midgard:
- easy group setting
- easy rookie RvR gaming
- normal RA's
- high population
-> Easy game mode. (Easy / Simple does not necessarily mean OP / strong.)

Albion:
- hard group setting
- difficult rookie RvR gaming
- strong RA's
- normal population
-> Normal game mode.

Hibernia:
- normal group setting
- difficult rookie RvR gaming
- quite weak RA's.
- Low population
-> Hard game mode.

Hard to say what (if anything) is OP / strong, but the last thing I can understand is a Midgardian complaining about other realm abilites beeing too strong. (Not talking about OP. )

when hibs complain about alb' RAs and caster grp is always funny.
u have NS red, GP (twooo) and BAOD to counter us, like alb has BOF to counter mids.
I will not even speak about all istants etc etc.
U can't say that Hib in rvr is hard mode...

At least PR is better than all of those and MId has it ezmode!

so I hear anyway.

I think it is quite outbalanced.

Every setting / realm can shine in a certain situation.

Every hardcounter ability means it is useless against the opposite setting.
