Caster Question about alching armor

50 fully temped chanter here, just wondering what the best alchemy tinctures/reactives + type are best used in this patch? should I put a DD tincture on my staff? I can't remember any of this or find and concise info that points to a definite best answer. Thanks for any help in advance

Vest legs head arms hands: mhb proc
Boots: str con debuff Charge
Staff: dd Charge
Items to switch in: Af and int Charge

This is the competitive way.

ablatives for all template armor

Acuity/spec AF charges to swap in onlevel 1 MP boots.
