Being new to an archer class in DaoC i'm kind of confused on the arrows. I see that they have different ranges and damages, but i'm not sure if the correlation between range affects damage? I'm aware that the different types of damage exist and will do different damage against mobs based on their weakness.
Also, can you you put procs on bows? |

1)Mobs are weak vs slash/thrust/crush dmg, so yes they will give you + to dmg if you use correct arrow vs mob. Example bears are vulnerable vs slash arrows(keen). Also the better arrows you use the more dmg/less miss/range you will got. So make own fletcher!(70g to get 500skill and best arrows)
2)Bow procs work form what i heard, not sure for 100% sry Best Sniper Ranger on Uthgard since 2007.
