Honestly its the same as with pve. Wait around for hours. Somedays get no grp at all. But if you get a grp use it to the fullest and show your skill. Do that for a few weeks and your name will become known as a decent player and you get more invites. If you suck though it will get less and less. Onlything saving you then is a guild

Greetings from hiois. Another random ench.

At this point, the "8v8 community" won't save you, far from it. You would have better luck just getting a guild that supports every play style. That doesn't mean you'll always get a group, no where near it, honestly making some what "close friends" will be the only way to constantly have a rvr group.

Can get in guild groups at times but not a guarantee unless you have friends that look for you as soon as they long on. Otherwise expecting to be looking to fill a spot in a "friends" group and hope they dont replace you with another friend when they log on.

I can understand the frustration you & many others feel here. Making close friends is an important part of having a good bunch of players together & learning how to play best with eachother. Lot's of people have known eachother for over a decade, & I think prioritizing playing with your friends is just a natural thing. It does suck having to give up a spot if you're not playing with your homies, but I promise it happens to everyone.

I do love that I see Blood Feud running everything. Your VW's & Champs are always out rippin!

Absolutely. I am very thankful for my guild. They keep things moving and include as many members and even pugs as they can or when they are up to it. Definitely glad I found them in beta because without them, I wonder if I would be one of those who have stopped logging in already.

I absolutely wish I had more of my rl friends playing this with me. Had a good bunch back in the day but none wanted to do the private server thing. I can't fault anyone for wanting to play with their friends either. Sorry if I came off that way because it does become frustrating. That is definitely the point of DAoC. So, I for one, feel very lucky I have a guild like BF that will run multiple groups or have separate 8v8 groups running for as many ppl to participate in as possible.
