So been pumping gold into AC cause everyone says salvaging is good gold. Problem is Im at a point where I cant salvage any of my drops anymore. Only have 2 pieces of chain armor from dungeons and the rest is just stuff I was able to craft while leveling the skill. Since my skill is still only 520 it means its green so if I happen to be sitting when I get hit usually it does half my health in one shot. When do Healers start to make money so I can either level my AC another 200 points or so or buy stuff that will offer a bit more protection.

Find or build a grp for farming.

Farm seals with a group or find someone willing to salvage/trinket for you.

How is that different from a normal exp group? |
|
Well an exp group will be specifically looking to gain the best exp possible for the group. A farming group will looking for the most efficient way to make some money/seals/salvage/drops Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk My mind’s made up, don’t confuse me with facts.
You mustn't assume that your personal situation is a reflection of every other person that has logged in to Uthgard. |

I'm not sure what level you are, but I would try to farm DF seals...specifically diamond seals from Hulks or deeper in DF. If you aren't that high level, I suppose sapphire's would do. Maybe you have a guildie that will buy your seals from you for a great price until your salvage is high enough.

Level a farm char, i guess BD in Mid, and go to spots with good salvage loot.

Sorry guess my level would have been helpful, im 37 and tri-spec. When I hit 40, if I ever get there, im going to resepc to Aug. I can easily solo greens and blues but problem is it doesnt take long before I find myself in a group. I figure levels are more important right now and assume once Im 50 my money worries will disappear. |

It's probably wiser to just get levelling really. You'll make some money along the way for sure. Just remember to keep hold of any salvageable stuff as well as seals so can reap the rewards later on. Your class isn't really gear depended, unless you want to solo - but not advisable considering your class choice, so I wouldn't be too concerned with the quality of your armour too much. When I hitted 50 with my first toon (in hib ) i had about 1P just from leveling. I wasnt farming or anything.
Try to avoid buying gear in the HZ for the char while leveling and you'll be fine. Since you're a healer you dont need that gear anyways. Groups will pick you up even if you are a naked dwarf With 40+ (maybe 45+) you can try get into DF Seal farm grps. The XP maybe wont be the best (it still can be great, depends on the grp) but you'll get many diamond seals which are worth ~12g per seal when you cant salvage yourself. Unless you plan to create a 2nd toon for farming salvage loot (bd/cave shaman) you dont need to push a crafter for salvaging. I think when you stay with the healer, DF farm grps (or dragon raids maybe?) are the best thing you can do. When you still want a crafter for salvaging go for a tailorer. Its by far the cheapest one out of all the others that can salvage. A link to see what classes can learn which profession: http://www.gatecentral.com/daoc/doc/skills_l12.php Heres a guide for crafting/salvaging: http://www.guardiansofvalor.com/Strateg ... gGuide.asp Hope this helped you a bit |

So how exactly do you move all your stuff over to the salvager? |
|
Well get a guild/friend or buy a house with a chest In my case i had a guild with a guildhouse. |
