Just looked it up, this issue got 62 votes by now. Hopefully that's enough to get some attention.
Considering there are several bow issues on the tracker, maybe you can solve more than one problem at once with fixing bow (can also mean it's damn hard to fix  ).Just keep on hoping and thx for all the work done already, Zaya |

I played a Scout back in original DAoC.
Didn't Crit-shot 3 give out abt 900 - 1k dmg on cloth previously? I remembered 1-shotting casters. Does that still happen on Uthgard? |

I remember that too... fully buffed vs an unbuffed caster. Most of the time back in the day i played in a duo of 2 rangers both critshotting the same caster. |

Bow dmg sux rly hard. With CS i made on grey enemy 1015 dmg on caster lvl50 only 310-390 dmg. My bow was 5.5 speed, got 45 bow skill +12.
I dont rly want to one hit Caster, but when i shot on one with normal shot 150-220 and he deals on me 350+ (my resis caped).... ...i can kill only grey`s. No chance to kill something solo in PvP atm.... |

Yep, and that's why no one will play the class. Devs don't care. Just another useless class that will never see play. <Bushido>

Anyone else noticed that we can't do 2x critshot? It will abort 2nd try and load normal shot(wasn't that way on uth1)

Think you move and it resets. Yeah you can't back to back do crit shot. Don't know why they nerfed archers so much. I remember on my ranger in 02-04' doing over 1100 damage to casters. But we were buffed, but no over cap. Hope they fix, cuz I might have to level my Infil.

it work but only when target dont move, but yes message say "you abort your critical shot" it is fake message. about archer damage i have test in pvp and in pve. vs unbuff class damage is relly good, but for some reason when you shot target with buff like con, str/con, archer damage is reduced by 30 to 40 %. not understand why con low archer damage. (to understand im not talk about Armor Factor) as regards pve damage sux hard. Sent from AMG using Crtical Shot

Stop spreading lies. We do care. If there is something bugged, it will be fixed. Until now its not even clear what the issue exactly is, so a fix would be difficult. Would be good to see more participation to help getting it fixed instead of simple complaints. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

just an exemple of what dmg scout usualy do on live server back in the days ...

Finding things like this can really help. I really wish it wasn't so blurry though. It's very hard to make out the resists of the target. |

at least he's mini 7L1 ( purge / ip / fA2 / TS / Longshot and volley see on his bar )
target at 960-980 rp for a lot = level 50 ( for what i've see ) i don't see where's the problem, that's just something we have to be closer here in term of damage deal ( not a lot of OF / pre toa vid without buffbot to help us ). @cirdan : with duskwood Heavy Long Bow ( 16.5 dps, 5.5 vit ) Damages on a mid dwarf (first fight, zerk) seem to be : 430(-45)+crit 125, 407(-41), 326(-31) + slam 126(-62) and kill within the slam with 1 arrow for the last 30 % (can't see damages) second fight ( kobold sb ) : 531(-44)+crit 131, brute force ( 50 shield spec ) 144(-36) and can't see for critical hit. third fight ( norseman sb ) : autoattack 71(-17), another at 71(-17), rapidfire 126(-71)+126(-71)crit 35+121(-67)+120(-68)+142(+81) slam 132(-53) autoattaque 73(-17) ( during third fight he said he made a crit shot for 1200 dmg, but don't know if he have crit with it or not ) 1082(+128) on a green afk at mpk with crit shot 4th fight vs norseman sb 6L : 427(-51) 439(-57) 384(-49) ( all standard shot ) 5th fight vs celt bard : 1062(-82), 472(-35) Last edited by Cadeg on Apr 04, 2017 20:08, edited 4 times in total.
