I remember vaguely from 1.65 live server that dual-wielding would half the opponents chance to parry, and that using a two-handed weapon would half their chance to evade.

How is this being handled on Uthgard 2.0? :)

To be exact how it should be:
DW halves evade and block (difficult to evade/block two weapons at same time)
2hand halves parry (difficult to parry a massive 10+ kg steel weapon swung at full speed and not get crushed)

as far as I know the DW mechanics are enabled but dunno about 2hand mechanics.
