items are simple, just epic and df, maybe oen chargeitem.

but i think with 99% you will not succeed to get a good temp.

infi players make necro alt for a reason, because infi temp is very expensive initially and to keep it running, (buffs and charges)

100% gear
epic, df, charge items
3-10 weapons depending on your playstyle
change items for env.
buffs depending on your playstyle

the problem is with infi there is nothing you just can drop.
