Forumweapon dd proc increased by relic dmg

I got hit by 100 dmg fire proc from a SB s weapon ...power relics increase dd procs aswell? its not a spell belonging to the class .. normally procs do 80(-??) .

what is your heat resist?
were you debuffed by a 3rd party? did the sb have SoS up in a loose manner? Relvinian4President2k17

Well, fire/cold/energy/spirit is magic damage, so it should be increased by relics. Same as dots.

my resists are caped dafaq i m not runing on a 0% heat sc thus like i said..my weap procs never hit any1 sc ed for 100(-??) more , and i m not sure if relics should increase the dmg on procs , cause at the moment it seems it is. The proc from a weapon is not linked with the spec of a player .

95 (base proc dmg) * 1,3 (+30% mana relic boost) * (1 - 0,26) (-26% heat capped resist) = 91,39 rounded to 92.
Are you really capped in heat ? |

Relics give 20% not 30% ... yes i am caped heat resists but it seems that heal procs from armours, dd procs all get an increase from relics which tbh is weird ..but ok .. Glacius ( previous acount name)
