You have endurance as a buff. Not all albs are fully buffed either. My minstrel gets base strength 0% of the time and pretty much at least one or two casters are on charged acuity permanently. If we want to be fair hib is only realm that fully buffs itself consistantly, mainly because their endo isn't a buff, and 2 bards or bard warden is ran pretty consistantly. |

there is no non-restricted s/c for albion, even in SI times...
Cloak of Dura'ek had none in 1.65. Flute of Balefire is minstrel only and i guess its not even implemented (even though ppl talk about this item in 2002) |

@Staff is that flute implemented ?

Legion drops I have no clue, but a lot of the drops off of princes (balefire) doesn't exist, so I'd highly doubt that flute does. |

An Si patch level server without Si content should customly implement the easy to get sc/dq charge items from Si to classic and add them to loot tables of other mobs
