i want to know:
the Highest Realm Rank is?
the Highest +Skill Level from item is?
do Stealth skill go over 50 do anything?(like Walk faster while Stealth or Hide better from another Stealther)
do Envenom skill go over 50 do anything?(like stronger Poison Damage from same Poison)
is Craft Armor out on server yet or 50 Level Epic Quest are the best Armor?
is ToA out?(Artifact / Master Level)

If you think highest reachable RR, its like rr10 i think.

stealth... over composite 51 lvl its waste and it doing nothing
poison... same
crafting is implemented (patch 1.65 wise)
Toa is not implemented and will not be in future.

How about Vanish and Double PA....is it work on this server?
and i saw from web site that Infiltrator has a Realm Ability call "Bladedance"
how Bladedance work?...like Style and use End?..or has a Reuse Timer on it?

Vanish works, it stealthes you and nothing else. If u're in melee range, u'll be detected instantly. If you're under a dot effect, you'll be unstealthed when the dot ticks.

It can be useful in a few situation but, in my opinion, isn't worth the points until high RR.

what's the cap of Critical Hit chance? and how to cap it?
what's the cap of Evade chance on this server? 50%??

at first, forget 50 CS. If to go for 50 Thrust or not i'm very unsure myself at the moment


There is no crit chance cap, so get as much Mastery of Pain as you like
Evade cap of 50% was implemented in 1.56 so theoreticly should be implemented here. Have not tested if it is though
DW *should* not have a cap that i'm aware of

if i use Rain of Annihilation / Fire / Ice when i am stealthing , will it un-stealth me?
Rain of XXX 3 really improve PA 30% damage? ( i want to be a one shoot infiltrator )
will Rain of XXX RA effected by Resist and Spell or Melee Relic?
i should go for Rain of Annihilation / Fire or Ice? ( i mean which resist are the most people don't have it maxed )

Melee or Spell Relic increase Poison damage or not?

Pa can crit
Most dumped resists are matter and spirit
Mana relics improve poison and proc dmg
More than 50 poison is useless
Drinking pot will unstealth you but you can restealth right after
No idea about rain of x ras

Why PA damage so low?
i play at Live PvP server with Infiltrator that PAing 1200Damage

Uthgard aren't PA friendly...

Pa damage are fine here, higher damage would make it broken. If you want higher dmg pa you can reroll a SB, they can get pretty high numbers

is the Stealth system of Uthgard bugged?
on Live Server mobs won't hit u when ur Stealthing..
mobs will Uncovered u first b4 they hit u...

but Monster hit u while ur Stealthing when u get too close on Uthgard...
this make PA on mobs hard....u need lucky the mobs miss or u evaded the hit...

CS 18Lv Style Garrote say it reduce movement speed 12 seconds
but it only slowed about 2 or 3 sec...this is a bug also?

No bug. Meele snares break on damage. So garotte snare will end once you hit with another style
