In the interest of promoting sales, I'd like to offer some pre tinctured weapons.

I have access to a weaponcrafter, Fletcher, and Alchemist so I'd like to have some weapon procs already applied for a nominal fee.

I currently have a few 99 1H weapons on house 226 with spirit DD (16.5 and LVL 47 procs)

I can provide others if requested.

Thinking of putting some procs on Shields. Do all offensive shield users use small Shields? (Saves Endo usage)

Are spirit price procs more desired than others?

Are Stable charges needed on 99 quality items?

Every character needs different weapon speed depending on their stats. Are you gonna have 5 of each speed?
