I played the first few days of release but got back in to Everquest for an expansion and quit. Coming back now but would like to know what the least populated realm is? Was thinking about just running a solo class and want as many opponents as possible.

It's hard to say because of the international population. It depends on when you play.

I will say that during late night PST times here in the USA West Coast, Albion seems to overpopulate the other two realms so if you play during late night USA PST hours, consider going Hib or Mid.

hib definetly underpopulated eu time

Every realm is underpop. But hib is lowest imo, barely, cuz were talking about 32 albs (at best) maybe 8-16 mids, and maybe 8-16 hibs. Again this is at best. Many nights its zero zero zero ahahhahhahaa this server. This is NA time

Alb is probably your best bet, at the moment. But it varies over time. I wouldn't be surprised to see Alb pickup in favor of Hibernia. I'd be surprised to see Midgard fall behind.

For what it's worth. IMO, just pick a realm you like. You're going to be spending a lot of time in it, might as well enjoy the atmosphere.

If NA time don't come Alb, I think Mid as most people on during EU so Mid could be a good choice for NA time.
In my experience I killed twice much hib than mid so I don't know if hib is a good choice for NA time.
I can't talk for EU prime time

Hib is the least populated realm both in number of 50's and in created characters.

Yeah albs usually have 2x - 4x the numbers at any given time in the bg's, 8x sometimes if you count all the pets they bring and of course they zerg everything, listen to buidkah he was there earlier zerging in the dead bg

A week or so ago, yeah, I logged on my Wizard and there was like 1fg of Albs and nothing else so I logged. Haven't played much since then.

late night NA there is usually 1 group mid 1 group alb and 1 group hib. but most nights its ALWAYS the high rr mid group and sometimes hib doesnt have anybody. we always have an alb group or BG. i would say Hibernia is most underpopulated.

IMO play the realm you wanna play the most / can live with the most.
Cause underpopulated and overpopulated realms are switching ALL the Time!

I played Hibernia some months ago, EU Primetime: 9-10 FG Hibs, 2-3 FG Mids, 1-2 FG Albs. (thats ~2 Months ago)

So we said, hey lets switch to Midgard.

2 FG Albs, 5-6 FG Mids, 3 FG Hibs around during EU Primetime.
12 AM (CET EU), there were still 3 fg Mids roaming emain, 0 fg Hibs, 1 Fullpug FG Alb.

What i wanna say:
Just because Hibernia is the underpop Realm atm (i actually dont see this, otherwise they wont have any relics.),
that doesn't mean they still are the underpop Realm when you hit 50.

On topic - I wish we had more detailed charts to see what playtimes have which realms the most populated. It sucks that during my NA PST playtime somehow Alb seems to be the most populated in the frontiers... which doesn't bode well because I can't kill my own realm mates for RPs.

Lol budikah taking my heat! My "zerg" was a 4 man hoping the other duos and solos would group up instead of crying about dying in an RvR zone. I don't like to deny people group or kick them.
