Can anyone help me fix this? There's some things that seem like they could be switched around a bit to fix Energy up over 20.

switch the gems from head + arms. buy arms mp and up the 3% energy to 7%. mp arms are not so expensive like head/legs

this is just what i saw on first view without getting in details of your template

Full MP temp with Dragonstorm, just missing 1 dex and 1% spirit and you only lose the +shield skill if you switch to your 2hand weapon.
