Anyone who isn't a troll, or think they are funny, able to help with the tactic, wev'e tried a few times unsuccessfully be nice to kill him before Midgard empties of players

Try hitting 'em a few times. When the red bar goes to 0%, they usually die. Sometimes you can get the bars confused though, and you die instead

Currently summoner is a bit fubar. I have only killed GS once and that was way way back when the server was new. We had 8 people.

We tanked him on the pad, then when shade spawns, focus that down as quick as possible. Iirc we used 1 Warrior, 3 Berserkers, 3 Healers, 1 Shaman. Again, this information is like a year old and I have since then farmed him reliably on animist, untill a few months ago where they changed him to continuesly drop you from the ceiling when engaging him.
