When I see other players move, its really jerky.
I know its the game, but why is it like this? ANd is it the same on live? After playing for a year I havent really noticed it. |

Yes, its the same on live. Its one of those things that wont be fixed. People will move erratically sometimes and the lag jumps will go on. Its just the way the game was built. <img src="http://www.metty.the-bart.org/other/daoc/sig.php?name=Wizz&s=-1"></img>

What about when someone starts to run, and all you see is them running forever? Also, when someone is going down a slope, they go forwards, then drop down, ect.
Is this based on the same conecpt? |

I've personally never noticed any jerky movement, except when I run into lag spikes.
Although, I do have a note for Presto's post. When updating your client to 1.89 to play on Uthgard, there are some things that will break due to Mythic's packet changing. Here are a few:
No Endurance bar. Inability to pray at your grave. There are more, but those are the ones off the top of my head. |
