As long as nothing changed here in the rules that I missed: It is not forbidden to ask enemies out for any kind of action. As long as you don't give an exact time and place, this would be arranged rvr.
And you can not enforce any rules on your enemies... like, if you tell them to come with smallmen, and instead the usual romu smallmen of 60 albs (sry romu, I love you ) shows up... You can't complain.

But my experinece is: most of the time the community is very responsive and open to such calls.

if you want to promote smallman action, i suggest you actively run a smallman and respect other smallmans via no adding ect.

for example i see deathblow spam by someone in your smallman at amg odins daily i would drive my smallman to amg odins in the hope to fight you if i was in that position.

if you dnt respect other smallmans and always add, kite into other grps / zergs / keeps ect and become known for it... i wouldnt care less about driving my smallman anywhere near you.

We've fought you guys a couple of times over the past week and have really enjoyed the fights! Hope to fight you all some more!
