93% qual, with a Q/D proc for a class that selfbuffs.

You'll at least get 100p for that bad boy.

Spivo is saying that the Friar has a castable self D/Q buff. Almost every Friar will get the highest level of it, which is better than the buff this staff provides, so the proc isn't useful.

Not sure what the Mythic devs were thinking with this weapon. Maybe it was implemented at a time before they gave Friars that self buff? Still, could be a cool looking weapon! You should post of image of it in combat, if it has a unique texture or visual effect.

probably what Aelred said. but yeah its not a tp item. i think the skin and the proc are what make it "valuable". very heavy " "

Must be for healing+Staff spec friar w/ only 20 in enhancement

friar d/q buff is only 69 pts, so this and evern bracer are better

but this being a proc is not worth wasting time trying to hit stuff to get it to cast, maybe can wack on the amg gate waiting for inc =)

I'd say it's roughly 85 or so when cast.

I don't have a 50 friar, but my 27 friar casts 36 delve, it becomes 45. Think it's roughly 25% higher.

oh yeah I never noticed, I get 86pts from the 69pt buff

93% quality... feels bad, man.

Also.... what the hell is with it having a dex/quick proc when that class gets a self-cast one that like 90% of Friars are going to get that's way better and on a longer timer?

that staf suposed to drop from princess as well and has no limitation for only friar usable also it gives 10 min dex qui proc beter tehn yelow self dex qui worse then red one it is way beter tehn any pots charges couse it is aproc just get it and proc it on any mob
