I've never played this game before and decided on playing a shaman. The issue is I don't know all the other classes so have problems prioritizing buffs in groups. What is the easiest way to buff everyone properly?

yeah you give savages con instead of haste. never give a savage haste ever.

Shamy table: I think for casters 1st prio should be acuity, to raise dmg per cast. dex qui should be last prio. Castspeed really doesnt matter in PvE.

Yep, in pve it doesn't matter. When we do long runs with 1fg in SH/malm/DF, we generally give the RM just endo and nothing else, because tanks need to be fully buffed. However, in RvR Acuity is the last buff one should ever buff to a caster, charged stuff has better value than the shaman buff. Generally speaking, you ask a caster whether they want strcon or acuity and which of it will they charge(dexqui is mandatory ofc), but most normal people will want strcon and they'll charge acuity.
