This item has a very high ID in Allakh and therefore it was added not long before (around mid/end 2006). Most probably this item does not drop here and probably should not drop.

Not really, build a grp of 3 or 4 lvl 50 Players, maybe lower if you wanna lvl in the Gatekeeperroom, 1 dmg dealer, 1 shieldtank, 2 supporter and you can easy farm him and a lot of dias in the room too. His respawn is ok, but randomly.
