Issue tracker is not letting me confirm bugs or not.
It lets me type all the stuff in, then it does nothing when I click post.

The confirmation is attached to the comment function. You need to comment while ticking the correct box to confirm a bug.

Maybe your browser has an extension that prevents the correct information to be sent.
