Hallo Staff,

I have an issue with my account I used back before 2019 when I stopped playing and I want to play my old chars again. How can I retrieve my account datas again?

Hello Staff,

I'm in the same situation. I want to play my old char from 2017, but it seems I cannot sign in to my old account with the OpenID signin with email. It only create me a new account. Even though if we had to link account to an email back old days, it was this adress email (I still have link activation account from 2016 on this adress).

What should I do to log in to my old account ?

There was a restart of the Server in 2017, this is now Uthgard 2 and all Chars from old Uthgard are gone.
