Recipe for Sigil and Dragonsworn

I am closing in on LGM and see the available recipe for both Sigil and Dragonsworn armor is within my reach.

Is this implemented on Uthgard? I was told by another crafter that these armor types are too overpowered for the server and are intentionally being left out.

If this is true, I am not complaining, I only want a definite answer.

They are 100% not implemented. :)
