tailor´s part for armors

do you know, when the part of the tailors crafting list will be implented when they can do stuff for chain armors?

If i knew the english word....
In german it is Innenfutter
As an armorsmith u need bars and something from the tailor to create chain-armors.
That part can't be created, yet.

I also heard that the prizes for Tailoring materials are somewhat buggy here and there.

Silk Cloth Square for example is almost 5 times as expensive as it should be?

Is this going to be changed?
