Asterite in Hibernia?

Hi,

you can surely imagine I looked a bit puzzled when I got some asterite bars from salvaging items. What can I do with asterite in Hibernia since there are no metalworking asterite recipes. Did someone else experience the same and what did you do?

PS:
I salvaged the Alluvion weapons dropped by siabras in Bog of Cullen.
