agrammon is too small... when more than 2 groups in rvr you have to avoid ck if you don't wanna be added...

but that's a way to play. we just need some new abbits and i think all will be nice

Agramon isnt big. The 3 borderzones just dont count anymore. Agramon is quite limited areawise. Like pana said.

2 points of view here:
For grp classes: Agramon isnt that big WHEN 3 fg's in (this happen 1 or 2 times in 1 day) without speed classes agramon isnt practicable.
For soloers: Simply, we need another map, where we can do soloing.

Most of players hate soloers/stealthers this couse they vote against them.
But fact is: we are here, and we want fun too.
would be nice a map for solo RvR50.

Does it mean Uthgard is a GvG server or not ?

Because, most of the topics i read here are from people complaining about people adding groups in fight (not especially your Pana, i just take the opportunity to ask question).

But i also read that Uthgard miss players for RvR. And often people here write that it is quite impossible to find a group if you are a noob (or something like that).

So, what the way for 4 or 5 people, willing to go to RvR but not finding free rooms because there are nobody else, or because they are not 5L+ or not well-known because just starting to play ? Should they log because they do not have to play to let the groups playing their "personal" game ?

Because, after playing around 6 years on live servers, for fun, not for being the king of the game, and not playing 10 hours a day like most of the guys complaining all day long about newbies inconimg THEIR fights, i have left DAoC with friends, like many many others.

So, what about the game here ? Will we find the same mentality ? Or a place where the most important is to get action and fun with and against nice people ? Is Uthgard a L33t server ? A protected area for groups ?

Just to know, because it looks like lot of people here are thinking the game is only for "great" players, and do not understand if the "noobs" stop playing they will be soon only 15 to go RvR...

personnaly i just have no fun in a game where the team that wins is the one that bring the more people.

12vs 8 the group of 12 will win quite all the time. and so no fun.

18 vs 28, the group of 18 can win if they play well so there is challenge and that depend of skill...

but till there is only 8+4 and 8 players in agra i think you can't have fun if you don't avoid the add...

if you get 8+8 and 8+ 6 in agra, you can get some zerg fight and so have fun.

most of us just wanna have fun as long as possible... and when your enemies leave, there is no more fun...

i know some people that can't be grouped wanna have RPs too but maybe theu should do some things to help to be grouped... and add the "old" rvr group is maybe not the best way to get friend

I see this ALL DAYS, to me, to nebies, to my friends.
Effects: low population in Agramon, and deception of many players, whose did PvE till 50, and now they cant RvR because could unbalance the fun of "some players"

goz last 2 days ive tried to make grps like 4 times in the evenings
yesterday i quit after 30 min of begging and asking
only 1 level 50 onlin
today it took 1.5h jus to get 7,randoms and random grp
by that time mids left
so HOW on earth can u say we albs dont invite people ?
i beg and i spam and i do all i can to get people to agra
but @ the same time there are 18 in wilton...
and im sure 30% or more have agra chars,there just not interested goz rez sic lasts only 30 sec and u can get 20k rps on a good night etc etc....

i also want more ppl in rvr, and im not currently playing alb but:

if there is a balanced fight at the moment i wouldnt like to join a new member in group (balanced could sometimes mean 8 vs 16 or so...)

however if we are playing 4 against 5 and somehow the enemies at next round become 12, there is 2 options:

getting enought ppl to get an even fight
just log off, becoming free rps its not fun!!

Somehow most people don't grasp the base concept of an mmorpg. It's not a team game, it's a MASSIVE MULTIPLAYER game.

If you want fixed XvX fights go play something else, mmorpgs are obviously not for you.

Which is not what happens on Uthgard... if everybody may play the way they want, so, everybody is welcome to RvR and no matter about adding groups.

I do not know Flamingfury, but i definitely agree what he says. DAoC is a REALM vs REALM, everything as been made to give people the opportunity to play realm vs realm, exactly what some people are making impossible on Uthgard.

In any game, any sports, the elite do not made the game, beginners are the game. Push the beginners outside Agramon and you'll kill RvR (which is obviously already the case). Pull beginners, forget about GvG rules (in fact, players rules) and you'll see more and more fights everywhere, lot of "noobs" (like many players call others) coming and lot of fun.

If some people need to show others they are the best, there are lot of IRL opportunities for that, and give others the right to have fun playing as they want, when they want and no matter how.

DAoC is a funny game, not an arena for hardcore gamers, let people have fun, think different, be cool and we'll all have fun playing RvR.

There are 250+ players on Uthgard, most of us are playing here for more than 2 years, how many try RvR ? Nothing wrong about that ? Noobs fault ? Or wrong system ?

If those ppl actually showed up in Agra and made grps,the so called *elitist* would simply avoid the Zerg areas and have their fun somewhere else,while the Zergs bash each others Head.Prob is,those that want Zerg RvR simply don´t show up in Agra.
I don´t like zerging all the time.I prefer 8vs8,4vs4,2vs2 where i have to get the outmost utility out of my class to Win.Thats why i play RvR.Ofc there are others who won´t like how i play,but those should simply do their way of playing instead of flaming ppl like me all the time (and no,i do not flame adders all the time I try to tell them why i dislike adding and why i don´t add,you won´t hear insults from my side.In difference to ppl like flamingfury who seriously insult players all the time and tell them how to play,and if they don´t,they should leave *his* server)
