Hi
![]() I am thinking of playing a scout in albion and my question is which the spec that to recommend to me here in this server thanx for the answers ![]() |

Depending on what u want to play:
A Saracen ? A Briton ? Autotrain or not ? High Bow Dmg with less melee abilities (Sniper) ? Slam Rogue ? Melee Scout ? Some nice speccs are ... 40 Bow / 36 Stealth / 20 Shield /50 Trust (Bow Dmg. ok, *Dragonfang" Trust Style (9 sec. Stun after Evade) 40 Bow / 35 Stealth / 42 Shield / 35 Slash (Bow Dmg. ok, *Slam* Anytime Stund and fair melee Dmg) 50 Bow / 35 Stealth / 23 Shield / 39 Slash (Sniper Spec with Backstyle Shield Stun to get running enemies) 45 Bow / 34 Stealth / 42 Shield / 29 Slash (High Bow Dmg. with *Slam* Anytime Stun) ... all these are w/o Autotrain |

you need 50 stealth with equipment and RR
you need 42 shield and you need high bow dammage ( 40+ i think) and spé thrust more than slash... you'll get much higher weapon skill with dex and dex/q charge ( st/c charge is much more difficult to get) <img src="http://www.fallenearth.fr/daoc/daoc2.php?player=Panachou">

thnx..
i was thinking to play a saracen... and i would like a sniper but dunno if the bow damage is good enough ![]() ![]() |

Forget sniper, couse bow damage on uthgard is far away live like.
Atm, scout is one of weakest classes on uthgard, roll a ranger, they are very very strong in melee, and, in surprising way, they make more bow damage than scout. |
|
if your scout cant use dex/qui charge, because he havent any, or isnt lvl50, no wonder ranger does more damage, because of selfbuff.

funny is that scouts was considered the weaker archer for a long time, then came along the archery love and boom rangers were weak and scouts was OPed (slam + new archery dmg = OP)
oh well, hope staff finds a middle way :p |

/laugh
slam? rofl, every player has purge, and anyway: shot+rapidshot+slam+critshot=140+85+80+320(in the best case) then, scout is dead. I wont post more, its useless anyway, because we were claiming for de-nerf the scout 2 years ago, and we are still waiting for it. |

I'm a little confused here I just started rolling a scout here during my spare time. Should I not be? Would an Inf be better for solo stealth style ? How about for leveling what would be better the Scout or the Inf?

Scout is barely useless for soloing, if u want pown easily, roll sb.
If you have guts enough to face the mid op, roll infi and join albion stealther guild -> Shadow Quiver. |

ns > sb =P

@Tarnum
First of all Mids aren´t op , but there are a few of players who like to zerg with their high RRs all the time. Second thing Alb stealther aren´t better. When i´m running with my NS solo , after 1 kill , next time 2 or more Alb stealther come to kill me. Atleast scout isnt bad , he can easily win a 1vs1 or 1vs1vs1 (it´s the correct solo fight, cause we have 3 realms), but not against sbs and ns. @robinsoon If you want a albzerger guild with no fairness and only ganking with quantity instead of quality , join Shadow Quiver or French Blades ;P (short flame ,pls ignore ;P ) The best thing is ,when you want to play your scout as your beloved char, train up a second one to 50 whixh can be need for grps (like cleric) . So you dont waste RvR time with running around and finding only Grps. <Riot Control> Albion
Rentwin (28) Sorc, Relante (32) Necro, Gwinn (9) Cleric <Blood Feud> Hibernia - paused Rent (50) Druid, Rentina (50) Enchanter, Ofreal (20) BM |

A ranger is NEVER unbuffed
and btw the bow dmg isn´t that baaad if you do something like cirt shot shot shot rapid - it would be like 400+200+200+200+100=1100 |

Rent is a retarded, dont read his posts
(short flame ,pls ignore ;P ) |
