Taskmaster?

Ive noticed that the taskmaster is deleted or removed from cotswold and wondering if you can use the taskmaster to do some quests or isnt that implented yet? I would like to do some quests when i try leveling. I only know of some beginner level quests and the trainers quests. I think it would been nice with some taskmaster to get quests from regardless your level or class.

Taskmasters had no function on uthgard so far.
